Q: Can I really earn 10% to 15% interest on my investments with you?
A: I have a proven track record over 10 year's right here in Brevard County Florida, and none of my clients have ever lost their money when investing with me.



Q: Is this really safe?
A: Yes, because your money is always secured by a first mortgage on the applicable property, and I never borrow more than 70% of the current market value of the property.


Q: Can you buy my home right away?
A: Yes, I buy houses from people in situations just like yours in almost any area, price range, or condition. I can close in a few days if needed. I will handle all of the paperwork and make all of the arrangements.

Q: Are you a mortgage broker?
A: No, I am a real estate investor.


Q: Will I/we be lending money to anyone besides you?
A: These investments are always secured by a 1st mortgage that I sign for as I am not a mortgage broker so I am not looking to borrow money to loan to other borrowers. These mortgages are always paid by me and secured by properties that I am purchasing or properties that I already own.


Q: How long do these investments usually last?
A: these mortgages are usually short term and never exceed 2 years as there is always a 2 year balloon in every mortgage.


Q: How much money do I/we need to have to be able to invest with you?
A: I currently have investment opportunities that are as small as $40,000 and I also have investments currently available that far exceed $1 million dollars.


Q: Do you have any references?
A: I never give out any of my private lenders information. You will appreciate my confidentiality if you decide to do business with me. However, the title company that I use and my Realtor have both invested their money with me and have given me permission to give out their names and numbers as references. After I have met you in person and confirmed that you are a serious potential lender I can give you their contact information.
